What to expect in your Virtual Showroom Tour?

Speak With one of our expert Flooring Consultant

Since you’ve taken our timber flooring showroom virtual tour, you can expect a call from our administrator, Ms. Ivy. She will assist you in scheduling an appointment at a time that works best for you and our flooring consultant.

On the day of your appointment, one of our expert Flooring Consultant will contact you via video call. They will discuss your specific project needs and then take you on a virtual tour of the showroom, highlighting various timber solutions. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, explore different product combinations, and refine your choices.

Send out Sample of the Chosen Product

Once the you’ve chose your product. We will organise sample boards of your choice to test in your home and show your family.

We will put a sample bag together for you. Touch and feel it in person.

Send us your plans or book a home measure

We will follow up to get your feedback on the delivery of your hand samples. If you’d like to see alternatives, we can arrange to send them to you, or if you’re nearby a follow up in person appointment is always an option.

Also, to make the process seamless and easy, we’re able to measure from your house plan and give you a formal quote on the spot. We can also work from your measurements with photos.

Schedule Conduct Pre-Installation Site Inspection

Once everything has been set, our site supervisor will go to your home to ensure there will be no unexpected issues and everything will go to plan, on time.
