SEAFORM, in partnership with Lifewood Australia, is seeking a Senior Installer – Kitchens, Cabinets & Wardrobes to take on a leadership role within our installation department. Certificate III or relevant Cabinetmaker/Carpenter/Finishing certification
White Card

Role Overview

As a Senior Timber Flooring Installer at Lifewood, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional craftsmanship and quality we’re known for. You’ll work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring every installation meets our high standards and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Install luxury timber flooring in a variety of settings, including homes, offices, and retail spaces.
Lay flooring on staircases, including custom designs and intricate finishes.
Conduct sanding, polishing, and finishing work to create a flawless final product.
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure the vision for the project is achieved.
Perform on-site inspections and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality.
Repair damaged flooring and address any maintenance issues with care and expertise.
Contribute to the preparation and presentation of flooring samples for customers.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment on all job sites.
Skills and Experience

Proven experience in timber flooring installation or a similar trade.
Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and techniques used in timber flooring.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
Ability to interpret floor plans and client specifications.
Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the job.
Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability on-site.
