Richard was very knowledgable and patient with our many questions not to mention us delaying the installation dates several times. The installer was amazing, he did a fantastic job along with a great worth ethic. He arrived on time every day and left everything clean and tidy each day. Richard popped in to check progress and to make sure we were happy. I popped in to the showroom after the job was finished and the consultant in store that day couldnt have been more helpful in answering my questions and offering help to choose the right products to maintain the floors.
