We found them really obliging from day 1 in allowing several changes to timber type over an extended period for a new build. The fitting was a bit tricky as it had to fit in with the installation of a floating staircase with timber treads and numerous other trades still working. The installer, Brian, did a terrific job and the final product is every bit as good as we expected. It is magic to walk on in bare feet and looks a treat. There was a couple of very minor issues around the sealing of the timber but Lifewood readily touched up what was needed. We have no hesitation in recommending them.”
